Week 2

Broccoli Salad with Bacon
            2 Bunches Broccoli
            1 lb bacon
            1 cup raisins
            1 cup sliced almonds
            ½ diced red onion

            ¾ c mayonnaise
            ¼ c sugar
            2 Tbsp red wine or cider vinegar

Chop broccoli into bite-size pieces.
Fry bacon, dry on paper towels and crumble.
Combine broccoli, bacon, raisins, almonds and onion in large bowl.
Stir together remaining three ingredients to make the dressing and pour over broccoli mixture.
Stir thoroughly, chill and serve.
